
EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY OF THE UNIVERSITY
Education is a continuing process geared towards the total development of man and his environment.
An institution of learning gives primary to the fulfillment of its responsibilities through efficient instruction, relevant inquiry, and responsive service.
The school commits, at all times to make itself competent to develop the potentialities and skills of its learners and to mold their intellectual capabilities, professionals abilities, and personal deciplines. Ever conscious of God, it proves its genuine concern over the welfare of country, people and salutary undertakings.

OBJECTIVES OF THE UNIVERSITY
1. To educate and develop individuals to make them self-reliant, crestive, productive, progressive, and make them committed to their solutions.
2. To produce individuals imbued with love of God, country, discipline, desirable moral and cultural values, habits of industry, and deep sense of social justice, leadership, and identify.
3. To provide training for scientific, technological and vocational efficiency, and update curricular offerings to become relevant to the economic, social and educational development and other needs of progress.
4. To maintain an atmosphere conducive to responsive inquiry and research for develomental needs.
MISSION STATEMENT
Pamantasan ng Araullo is institutionally commited to the total development of man: intellect, body, soul and spirit. A student-centered university, it understands and declares its purpose to be: the encouragement of learning, the education of the whole person, and the promotion of justice. Its services shall be geared towards the persuit of better quality of life by emphasizing the acquisition of knowledge and the formation of skills necessary to make the individual competent, productive, creative, progressive, internationally competitive and a concerned member of society.
VISION STATEMENT
By the year 2000 and beyond the University would have grown to be more progressive and responsive to the needs of the society. It would have provided and expanded opportunities for the technically useful knowledge and skills development of men and women and would have immensely improved their capabilities in society. It would have produced individuals who are self-reliant, critical thinkers, creative, productive, progressive, excellent and globally competitive. It would have developed men and women imbued with love of God, country, discipline,desirable moral and cultural values, habits of industry and a deep sense of social justice, leadership, service to others and identity.
