How do I make an order for a web page design?
Before you place an order for a web page design, make sure you already selected the type of package you want for your site. Then please go to our ORDER FORM PAGE and fill out the necessary information being asked in the order form. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you through the contact information that you provided in the order form.

Can I order in any other way?
Of course. If you are living within or near Tacloban City, you can drop by our place at Blk 17, Lot 20, #654 Phase 4 Ext., V&G Subdivison. You can write to us at the same address or to P.O. Will I be required a deposit or to pay in advance?
We require 50% of the quoted price only after you have previewed your web page and only after you are satisifed with its presentation. Then after your web page is fully completed, we will request for the other 50%.

Can I get a refund of the 50% if I decide later to withdraw my order?
Unfortunately, No. The 50% of the quoted price that we require after you have previewed your web page and have okeyed its completion is not refundable .

For web page maintenance, what will be the billing cycle?
It depends. Although our maintenance fees are billed monthly, you can still opt for a quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing.

If I'm a client from outside the Philippines, will I pay in my currency or in Philippine Peso?
In Philippine Peso. The prevailing Peso per US Dollar rate at that time will be the basis of paying in Philippine currency.

As of the moment, we do not yet accept credit card payments, but we are contemplating on doing so in the future.
