The use of WebCreations services constitutes acceptance and agreement to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

The Acceptable Use Policy may be changed from time to time by our company, and subscribers understand that changes made to our Acceptable Use Policy shall not be a ground for early contract withdrawal and non-payment.

Service Rates: Subscribers acknowledge that the nature and rates of our service have been communicated to them. Subscribers should also be aware that our Company may change from time to time, the rates of our hosting services. WebCreations agrees that such changes if necessary, must be informed first to the subscribers before actually implementing it.

Payment and Fees: Subscribers acknowledge that payments are due on the date issued by WebCreations upon releasing your order. Subscribers also acknowledge that our hosting services are billed annually at the minimum, except on special plans approved by management, and subsequent renewal payment are due on the anniversary date of the month of the plan duration. WebCreations Web Hosting agrees to furnish subscribers Statement of Account 7 days prior to actual due date.

Failure to Pay: WebCreations reserves the right to temporarily deactivate accounts upon the failure of the subscriber to pay charges when due.

Support Boundaries: WebCreations provides customers with various form of support facilities such as email support, SMS, Support Forum, and Phone support. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. WebCreations provides support to your server functions, and on matters limited to the contents of our prepared FAQ's. WebCreations does not provide support on matters involving scripts programming.

Bandwidth and Disk Usage: Customers acknowledge that WebCreations has the right to take corrective actions should the customer exceeds the number of Megabytes of disk space and bandwidth allocated for the hosting plan ordered. Such corrective action may include the assessment of additional charges in accordance to the fees provided by the Company, or temporary deactivation of service.

Miscellaneous Provisions: The customer acknowledge that all contact information, mailling address, email address, and telephone contacts provided during the ordering process are correct and true.

Subscribers acknowledge that the web hosting service provided by WebCreations is of such nature that service can experience interruption for many reasons, other than the negligence of our Company. Subscribers agree that WebCreations is not liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct control of WebCreations.

WebCreations reserves the right to suspend service of customers who, in the Company's judgement is the source of violations of any of the terms mentioned in our Acceptable Use Policy. WebCreations also reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. You, as WebCreations customers, are solely responsible for the contents of your website hosted by WebCreations

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

WebCreations's Acceptable Use Policy is created to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what our Company expects of them while using our services. All users and customers of WebCreations must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

We expressed support to the free flow of information and ideas over the internet, and we do not actively monitor the activity of our clients, nor exercise editorial control of our client's websites, other than the measurement of system utilization and preparation of billing records. However, in our effort to promote good citizenship within the internet community, we are deemed to remove accounts containing any materials which, in our sole discretion, may constitute violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

The following contitute violations of our Acceptable Use Policy:

Illegal Use: The services of Design Web Hosting may not be used for illegal purposes, or which supports illegal activities. This includes websites that offers pirated softwares and other pirated products, warez, IRC Bots, porn sites, and distribution of viruses. WebCreations reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities in disclosing information about clients who violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

Adult Related Websites: Our services may not be used with websites that pose harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography.

Threats and Harrasments: Our services may not be used to transmit information or any material that threatens or encourages harm, hatred, grave threat to society, or harassment to others. Trnasmissions of any of these information may not be used either through email, file uploading, posting in websites, or otherwise.

Spamming, email/news bombing: Malicious intent of a customer to impede other person's use of email or news services will result in immediate termination of customer's account without refund.

Network disruption and unfriendly activity: Our services may not be used with activities that disrupt operations of other network and malicious attacks against another network host or individual users. It is also expected that our users and clients should not attempt to access other member's accounts, or penetrate security measures put up by other members. Violation of this measure will result in immediate termination af account, whether the intrusion results in loss and corruption of data or not.
