Dear Brethren
Revival Greetings!
It is my privilege to report on the recent Crusade that Jesus is Alive Missions in Singapore undertook in the city of Tarlac, Northern Luzon, Philippines. We has a team of 20 from Singapore who ministered both in the altars and minstered in song and music as well as preached the Word of God.
In all there were 3 revival meetings which involved the church in tarlac as well as the neighbouring churches. We have on record 420 people who received the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking with other tongues for the first time. I have good reason to personally believe that there were a few more but we were not able to record them on paper. Also it will be note worthy that at least 95% of those receiving the Holy Ghost were visitors to the crusade. All of them wore a blue badge to indicate their presence as visitors and particulars of all visitors were first taken down as they came for the crusade. We also had 101 individuals who claimed that they had been healed from various forms of disorder, many mentioning that they had felt the ongoing pain stop. Some of the testimonies are note worthy as they involved the disapperances of cysts and other growths. To God be the glory!
Follow up action is on the way now. The pastors were already previously informed of how important this would be and since there were quite a few pastors representing the nearby provinces, I have good faith to believe that the load is evenly spread out Also plans have already been made to send Bible School students to the crusade area to help the small church there in doing the necesary follow up action. We are thankful to Rev Sullivan, the Missionary in the Philippines who offered to support the students for a short period. Jesus is Alive Missions (JAM) is also behind this follow up programme.
My heartfelt thanks to the National Office of the UPC Phil for their support. We were honored to have the presence of Rev Navallo, the Superintendant of the churches in the Philippines, the District Presbyter of Northern Luzon, Rev Santiago Marcos as well as Rev Sullivan for two of the nights. Rev Martinez, Assistant Superintendant also rendered help though unable to come due to important commitments.
Thanks also to my very good friend, Rev Eugene Banez who helped to coordinate the crusade as well as provide the students of the Bagiou Evangelistic Academy of Ministries. They were a very, very big help for the crusade. This crusade also gave them the necessary exposure opportunities for such crusade ministry.
To all the rest of you who have helped in one way or another thank you AND to you who have prayed for us and the crusade, YOU HAVE A PART IN THE RESULTS OF THIS CRUSADE, Just Wait for eternity and I am sure the Lord will inform you of your valuable contribution.
The Lord richly bless you and it has been a great privilege working together for the cause of Jesus' Kingdom. That Kingdom has No Limits.
Till the next crusade if the Lord will,
Mathew Mathews, Bobby
